It's been a long road to get here and I recognize that the path itself has been difficult. We were forced to make hard decisions, rein in our spending, and oftentimes that has led to us having to change our culture to adapt to the new normal. While we've been able to hit the ground running this year with an incredibly strong start, we've also ended up losing some of what makes our team tick. The culture, the camaraderie, the sense of belonging, all those are things that we want to be able to do more of now that the Series B is behind us.

To that end, we want to be able to do more than just a company-wide event once or twice a year. It's time to get out of the office a bit and be able to unwind with your team members. We're going to be hosting more social activities outside of the office so keep an eye out for announcements over the coming weeks. I look forward to seeing everyone come out and celebrate exactly what makes this company special - each and every one of you!

The amount of positive feedback I got from VCs and friends alike around how we were able to close a round like this in this market was incredible. We're onto something big and now it's time to move forward and remember what it is that makes us, us 🙌
